1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product description. To be eligible, items must be in brand new, unworn condition. Items that fail to qualify will be returned to the customer.

We currently do not accept returns on sale items.

If you used a discount code or any offer on a full-priced item, this item is still eligible for a return.

2. How To Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at help@concreteorchids.com and open a support ticket.

For exchanges, please specify the size or variant you would like to receive. The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser retail value than the original purchase. Buyers are allowed to initiate one exchange per order.

The buyer is responsible for covering additional shipping charges for their exchange order, as well as a $3.00 exchange processing fee.

If your item was delivered defective, you are required to send a photo of the defect to our support team for a full refund or a replacement item, based on your preference. If the item is sold out, a replacement cannot be supplied.

3. Timeline on Returns/Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are processed within 2 business days after return order delivery.

• If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you via email.

• Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be processed depending on your payment method.

4. Method of Return/Exchange

• The buyer may choose their preferred shipping method.

• Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging.

• The initial shipping cost of the order will not be included in your refund. You can contact our customer support for more information.
  

• Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item was defective.

• If the item was defective upon delivery, please contact help@concreteorchids.com for a 100% full refund.
