Return Policy
Eligibility
All orders are eligible unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please initiate return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in brand new, unworn condition. Items that fail to qualify will be returned to the customer.
How to Return/Exchange
Be aware that UPS does not deliver packages to PO Boxes.
For exchanges, please let customer support know the size/variant you would like to exchange for. The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser retail value than the purchased item.
Buyers are allowed to initiate an exchange once per order.
Timeline on Returns/Exchanges
Your return will be processed shortly after delivery. If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you through email.
International orders may take longer to arrive at the return address due to shipping times.
NOTICE: Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be processed depending on the payment method.
Method of Return/Exchange
The buyer will choose whichever shipping method they prefer. We do not require the package to be returned in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs only if the item(s) is not defective.
If the item(s) was defective on delivery, please contact customer support at help@concreteorchids.com for a 100% full refund.
