Return Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in the product description. To be eligible, items must be in brand new, unworn condition. Items that fail to qualify will be returned to the customer.

2. How To Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at help@concreteorchids.com and open a support ticket. Be aware that USPS does not deliver packages to PO Boxes.

For exchanges, please specify the size or variant you would like to receive. The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser retail value than the original purchase. Buyers are allowed to initiate one exchange per order.

If your item was delivered defective, you are required to send a photo of the defect to our support team for a full refund or a replacement item, based on your preference. If the item is sold out, a replacement cannot be supplied.

3. Timeline on Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-8 business days after delivery.

  • If there are any issues with your return, we will contact you via email.

  • International returns may take longer to arrive due to shipping times.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 calendar days to be processed depending on your payment method.

4. Method of Return/Exchange

  • The buyer may choose their preferred shipping method.

  • Items do not need to be returned in their original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item was defective.

  • If the item was defective upon delivery, please contact help@concreteorchids.com for a 100% full refund.
